Ranking The Doctors Of Doctor Who

With the 13th Doctor era fast approaching (and a potential trailer dropping tomorrow from San Diego Comic-Con), “Doctor Who” is on my mind once again. Having already done a top 10 episode list, I figured it was probably time to do my ranking of the Doctors. I should note that this list is by no means set in stone. Since I like all of the Doctors, this list is constantly fluctuating. However, at this very moment, this is my personal ranking. On with the list! Continue reading
10 Most Anticipated San Diego Comic-Con 2018 Panels

San Diego Comic-Con is now one week away and the buzz is already mounting as to what sort of announcements, trailers, and so on we will be seeing in all forms of media. Having poured over the panel listings, I thought I would chime in with what I am personally excited to hear about and or hopefully see online as I will not be attending myself. Of course, there is some speculation involved here on my part, but that goes without saying. Anyway, on with the list! Continue reading
The Best And Worst TV Series Of 2017

2017 was a banner year for television. Sure, there were a few disappointments (I’m looking at you “Fargo” and “Game of Thrones”), but the year saw plenty of returning favorites, beloved shows resurrected from the dead, new gems, and, more importantly, shows comprised of a wide variety of genres. Say what you will about Netflix as a company, but they once again dominated TV with new seasons of great shows and a plethora of new (and resurrected) series. Netflix wasn’t the only game in town, however, as FX, Showtime, and even CBS All Access all had something to offer. Below I have compiled a list of my ten favorite series of 2017 (along with a few notables) as well 10 of the worst shows 2017 had to offer. On with the list! Continue reading

Now that the full schedule has been released, it’s time to start hypothesizing about what we will see from San Diego Comic Con this year. While I won’t be attending the Con myself, I will (as per usual) be monitoring all of the news from geek mecha with bated breath. Below I have listed my personal list of the most anticipated panels. Obviously, there are other panels I will be keeping my eye on, but these 10 are the ones that I am most looking forward to reading and or hearing about. On with the list! Continue reading

Top 10 Favorite TV Series Of All Time

For this week’s list, I have attempted something that proved rather difficult. I have compiled a list of my 10 favorite TV series of all time. Now, I realize the list is heavy with sci-fi series, but what can you do? These are the shows that resonated with me the most. On with the list! Continue reading
10 Random Recommendations

Instead of doing a specific top 10 list today, I thought I’d put out a list of random things I love that I would like to recommend to others. These are not movie exclusive recommendations as I have included a TV show, podcasts, a comic book series, audio dramas, an album, a card game, comedic commentary tracks, and even a sports league! There’s not much more for me to add here so on with the list! Continue reading
The Best And Worst TV Shows/Web Series Of 2015
2015 was largely an underwhelming year for cinema (that best/worst list will be coming soon), but it was a good year for TV and web series. As per usual, cable and various other platforms (like Netflix) had the best series while the networks were generally a wasteland of tedious dreck. For the most part, I managed to avoid a lot of the “worst” series of the year so that list is fairly small this time around. Anyway, enough of my chatter, on with the list! Continue reading
