2016 was a rough year for numerous reasons and it was certainly no prize for the world of cinema either. Sure, there were stand-outs (the best of list will be coming soon), but there were plenty of films that were downright painful to endure. While I was fortunate enough to avoid several of the films critics and audiences despised such as “Zoolander 2,” “Gods of Egypt,” and “Independence Day: Resurgence,” I still saw and reviewed plenty of stinkers.
