From a film perspective, 2016 was even more of a letdown than 2015 as most of what I saw was overrated, forgettable or downright awful. As a lifelong TMNT fan, my anticipation for “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows” is growing by the day. While I’m not expecting it to be a masterpiece by any means, I am thrilled to finally see Krang, Bebop, and Rocksteady on the big screen at long last.
