This past year I have been on a major western movie kick. I’ve always been a fan of the genre and have seen a good amount of westerns over the decades, but I decided to really dive deep into the genre this year. Now, I’m not going to bother listing any of the classics like “Unforgiven” or “Red River.” Instead, I’m going to list 10 movies that don’t quite get the appreciation they deserve. On with the list!
Now that “Godzilla Vs. Kong” has been released, it felt like the right time to rank the Legendary MonsterVerse movies. At the time of this posting, it’s unclear what is next for the MonsterVerse, but given the monster box office for GVK, it’s safe to assume we’ll be seeing more movies in the future (maybe a “Pacific Rim” crossover?). Below I have listed my personal ranking of the four MonsterVerse films from best to least favorite.
There’s no other way to say it- March is a stacked month There are huge film releases, major new series, and buzzworthy new albums coming out. Below I’m listing 10 releases (in no order) that people should be on the lookout for. On with the list!
February looks to be pretty low key which is pretty much average for Feb. It seems a lot of major releases are being planned for next month (March) instead. Now, that doesn’t mean there aren’t things to look forward to. There are new films, shows, albums, Blu-rays and, yes, even a sporting event to look forward to. On with the list!
2020 was a rough year for cinema. Not only were theaters closed for a majority of the year due to the pandemic, but many films were pushed to 2021. You really had to know where to look for good films this past year due to strange release schedules, abrupt VOD releases and movies going straight to streaming services (of which there are many now). Below I have singled out my 10 favorites along with a plethora of notables. On with the list!
The new year kicks off with a whole host of brand new TV shows, movies, books, and home video releases. Of course, there are some returning favorites as well. Below I have singled out the 10 most noteworthy releases for the month. Scope it out!
Although there are bound to be plenty of yet to be announced TV series and or surprises, there is already a lot to look forward to in terms of series that we know are on the horizon. In no specific order (well, except for number one), I have listed ten series that I will surely be watching the second they drop. On with the list!
