The Oscars are nearly here and it looks to be an unpredictable year for a change. Before the big night, however, I thought I’d whip up a new Oscar centric list. I’ve done several in the past, but this time around I thought I’d point out the most baffling Best Picture choices. Most of the time the voters get it right, but there are times when a real head scratcher is nominated.
