10 Recommended Disney+ Releases
Given that today is Disney+ Day, it felt appropriate to whip up a list devoted to the ever growing streaming service. Below I have listed my 10 favorite Disney+ releases as of today. Truth be told, it was tough to narrow it down to 10 as there are numerous noteworthy documentaries, shorts, films, animated series and nature specials to choose from. Considering Disney+ has only been around close to 3 years, there’s already a wealth of recommended exclusive releases to choose from. I’m sure the future will be even brighter. On with the list (which is in no specific order)!

2020 was a rough year for cinema. Not only were theaters closed for a majority of the year due to the pandemic, but many films were pushed to 2021. You really had to know where to look for good films this past year due to strange release schedules, abrupt VOD releases and movies going straight to streaming services (of which there are many now). Top 10 Movie Musicals
With the hit Broadway show “Hamilton,” the live-action musical events on TV, and new movie musicals such as the smash hit “La La Land,” musicals have unquestionably become popular again. What better way to celebrate the resurgence of the genre than with a list of my personal favorite movie musicals? While I could have easily included films starring Julie Andrews, “The Court Jester,” or any number of Disney animated or live-action musicals, they just missed the cut.
