Given that today is Halloween, now felt like the right time for a follow up. There won’t be any standard picks here like “Halloween” or “Night Of The Living Dead.” Instead, I wanted to spotlight 10 underrated or overlooked recent horror films that deserve the spotlight. 2019 was a bit of an odd year at the movies. Some hyped releases fell flat, a lot of movies were (in my humble opinion) overrated, there were a fair share of crushing disappointments, numerous good movies, and a smattering of gems.
