With Peter Capaldi and Steven Moffat’s final season on the horizon, it felt like an appropriate time to look back at my personal favorite episodes of the modern Doctor Who era. To be perfectly honest, narrowing the list down to 10 was quite challenging as many, many episodes could have made the cut here. At the end of the day, however, these 10 episodes are essentially what fueled my “Doctor Who” fandom and had me buzzing with fellow fans/friends.
