2023 proved to be a rather odd year for televised and streaming series. Several of the very best shows ended their run and several of the very best shows bypassed this year and are scheduled to resume production next year and or release next year. Luckily, there were plenty of new series that wowed viewers, but there were also several high-profile series that turned out to be colossal busts (I’m looking at you “Secret Invasion”). Below I have listed my 10 personal favorite series along with a host of notable favorites. In the words of The Doctor, “Allons-y.”
Summer may be winding down, but there’s still no shortage of entertainment options in the month of August. As per usual, I have highlighted the 10 most notable releases of the month in my personal opinion.
A new Star Wars Celebration Europe kicks off a four day event in London tomorrow. Naturally, speculation is running wild as to what all will be announced, but below I have singled out 10 things that would be great to hear about.
With “Shadow Fall” due out next week, it felt like the right time to do an updated ranking of the SW novels. There are A LOT of new additions here so it’s essentially like a brand new list. Now that the series finale of “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” has aired (on May The 4th no less), it’s time to look back at the 10 best episodes of the series. This was a tough list to make as I had to leave off many great episodes like “ARC Troopers,” “Monster,” and the Mortis arc.
