2017 looks to be a big year for Stephen King adaptations hitting the big and small screen with “The Mist” (TV), “It: Part 1,” “The Dark Tower,” “Gerald’s Game,” and potentially even more being released throughout the year. Top 10 Horror Anthology Films



In honor of the upcoming “Holidays” (which is set for a VOD release 4/15/2016), this week’s list is dedicated to one of my favorite subgenres- horror anthology films. For years, horror anthology films sadly seemed to be a thing of the past, but lately there’s been a welcomed resurgence thanks to films like “The ABCs of Death,” “V/H/S,” “A Christmas Horror Story,” “Tales of Halloween,” etc. Granted, this recent batch has been highly uneven, but I’ll still take a mediocre horror anthology film over most modern films.
