What’s Being Released In July 2026?

June was a big month for the entertainment world, but July is poised to be bigger. Read on to see what’s in store.

1. Evil Dead Burns- The beloved horror franchise returns with a new original sixth entry from writer/director Sẻbastien Vaniček.

2. Quarterback- The superb documentary series about NFL quarterbacks returns for a third season July 14th on Netflix. This time around the subjects will be Cam Ward, Jayden Daniels, Joe Flacco and Baker Mayfield. 

3. The Odyssey- Despite my reservations about virtually all of the casting, I’m still curious to see how Christopher Nolan tackles Homer’s epic. July 17th in theaters.

4. Star Trek: Strange New Worlds- The fourth season returns to Paramount+ starting July 3rd.

5. Spider-Man: Brand New Day- The much anticipated new Spidey film is likely to be the biggest summer hit. July 31st in theaters.

6. I Want Your Sex- Always down to see what indie maestro Gregg Araki has in store. July 31st in theaters.

7. Heartstopper Forever- The charming YA rom-com wraps up with a series finale film July 17th on Netflix.

8. Rolling Stones: Foreign Tongues- The classic rock band keeps on rolling with a new album July 10th on physical media and digital platforms.

9. Halo: Campaign Evolved- A remake of the original Halo game with new material. Count me in as one of the many who will be playing this day one. July 28th on Xbox Series S/X, PS5, and PC.

10. Jack White: Frozen Charlotte- One of the best rock artists in the biz is back with his seventh record July 10th on physical media and on digital platforms.
