2025 proved to be a rather underwhelming year for TV and streaming series as there were a string of disappointments and a lack of memorable scripted fare. With that said, there were still highlights. Below I have listed my 10 personal favorite series along with some notable favs. On with the list!
It’s been a little quiet on the Star Wars front lately, but big things are in store as Star Wars Celebration Japan is about to take place this weekend. Naturally, all of us SW aficionados have our hopes and dreams about what will be announced and I thought I’d share my wishlist of what might or might not happen. On with the list!

With the release of “The Mandalorian” season 3 a mere week away now, now felt like the opportune time to take a look back at all of the Disney era Star Wars live-action and animated series. Note: “Ewoks,” “Droids,” and the 2003 “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” are not included on this list as they were released prior to the Disney acquisition of Lucasfilm.
