Dragon Ball Z Kai Season 2 Blu-ray Review
“Dragon Ball Z Kai” season 2 is just another repackaging.
If you picked up “Dragon Ball Z Kai” parts 3 and 4 (which were previously reviewed here https://dvdcorner.net/2010/12/28/dragon-ball-z-kai-season-1-part-3-blu-ray-and-dvd-reviews/ and here https://dvdcorner.net/2011/03/13/dragon-ball-z-kai-season-1-part-4-blu-ray-review/ ) on DVD or Blu-ray, there’s no need to pick up this season 2 set as episodes 27-52 have been collected in this new repackaged Blu-ray set. In fact, the only things that are new about this season 2 box set are the disc covers and the box/case. All of the extras from parts 3 and 4 (namely the trailers, U.S. cast interviews, and the textless opening and closing songs) have been ported over to this release and the video and audio quality from those discs is exactly the same as well.
Summary: If you have yet to purchase “Dragon Ball Z Kai” parts 3 and 4, feel free to pick this season 2 set up. Otherwise, wait for the new ‘Kai’ sets (such as the upcoming part 8) to be released.

The Slash ‘Em Pilot Episode Has Arrived!
Hey folks, Nick here. A few months ago I wrote an animated horror comedy web series pilot episode titled “Slash ‘Em” for the YouTube based company Mondo Media. Thanks to great voice acting (including Amber Nash of Archer fame) and the gorgeous animation work of Tony Grillo and his crew, the pilot episode has now been fully animated and is available for your viewing pleasure here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmLPnAgm528&feature=plcp
Feel free to spread the word about this show! Retweet, share, email the link !
