Star Wars: The Complete Saga Blu-ray Is Out Now!

The wait is over! All 6 Star Wars have finally hit Blu-ray. Fans have the option of buying all 6 films together in the Complete Saga collection or buying each trilogy separately. The sets feature a plethora of extras including never before seen deleted scenes from all 6 films such as Tosche Station, Cantina Rough Cut, Utapu Chase Animatics, Kashyyyk Attack and Order 66 Animatic, and Vader’s Arrival and Reaching Out To Luke. Also included are new changes to the films such as new Darth Vader dialogue in ROTJ, blinking Ewoks, a new CGI Yoda in “The Phantom Menace,” a revised Ben Kenobi Krayt Dragon call, and more.

Having picked up the set myself, I can say that it was well worth the wait. The picture quality is outstanding, the sound mixes are some of the best I have ever heard on Blu-ray, and the extras are first rate. You definitely get your money’s worth with this set.

On a side note, I would also recommend picking up Lego Star Wars: The Padawan Menace which is only available at Walmart. It’s a fantastic 22 minute animated one-off special that will appeal to children, adults, and “Star Wars” fans.
