Top 5 Rabbit Movies
It’s Easter so why not dedicate today’s list to cinematic classics involving rabbits? Granted, there are a lot of movies with rabbits in them, but these 5 have rabbits as central characters.
1. Alice In Wonderland- There are a lot of timeless Disney films with rabbit characters such as “The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh” and “Bambi” (both considered for this list). At the end of the day though, the weird, wild, and wonderful “Alice In Wonderland” takes the cake. The White Rabbit is such an iconic character and a prominent fixture in pop culture history.
2. What’s Opera, Doc?- You can’t make a list about movie rabbits and not include the most famous rabbit in the world of film and television with Bugs Bunny. This theatrical short film is often cited as the best Merrie Melodies short and is even included in the National Film Registry.
3. Donnie Darko- Not all rabbits have to be cute. Some can be creepy like the freaky costumed rabbit that pops up throughout this trippy sci-fi classic.
4. Wallace And Gromit: The Curse Of The Were-Rabbit- Who doesn’t love Wallace And Gromit’s big screen rabbit filled big screen adventure? It’s a hilarious send-up of classic monster movies.
5. Who Framed Roger Rabbit?- The gold standard of hybrid live-action and animation films.
