What’s Being Released In March 2024?
After 2 fairly quiet months, March looks to be one of the biggest (if not the biggest) entertainment months of the year with big movies, big shows, and big events (Keyword: Big). How big? Read on to find out.
1. Dune: Part Two- What better way to kick off March than with the second part of “Dune”? Early word is that it’s even better than the first! March 1 in theaters.
2. Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire- Between “Godzilla Minus One” and this hotly anticipated sequel, it’s a great time to be a Godzilla fan. March 29 in theaters.
3. Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire- I’m not sure what to expect from this latest sequel, but at least it seems to be going in a different direction than its predecessors. March 22 in theaters.
4. X-Men ‘97- This follow-up to the beloved “X-Men: The Animated Series” just might be what Marvel fans have been looking for. March 20 on Disney+.
5. 3 Body Problem- Benioff and Weiss are back with a new Netflix series based on the novel of the same name. March 21 on Netflix.
6. 96th Academy Awards- Will “Oppenheimer” win Best Picture? Will Paul Giamatti finally win Best Actor? We’ll find out March 10 on ABC.
7. Spaceman- I’m always down to see what Adam Sandler can do in a drama. March 1 on Netflix.
8. The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance 4K- One of the all-time great westerns hits 4K March 5.
9. The Gentlemen- Guy Ritchie spins off his own movie with a new series. March 7 on Netflix.
10. Road House- The 80’s cult classic gets a new film version starring Jake Gyllenhaal. March 21 on Amazon Prime Video.
