After doing last week’s Top 10 Most Anticipated Fall/Winter 2017 Films, you all know I’d be focusing on TV next. While there could be some other great unknown or not yet announced shows coming our way, the 10 listed below are the ones that have caught my eye the most up to this point. Anyway, enough of my yammering. Read on to see my list (which is in no order).

  1. The Punisher- After wowing fans in the thrilling second season of “Daredevil,” the violent vigilante is getting his own Marvel Netflix series. Cannot. Wait.

  1. Stranger Things Season 2- Judging by the trailers, season 2 could be even bigger and better than the breakout hit that was the first season.

  1. Star Trek: Discovery- After an absurdly long hiatus from TV (12 years!), a new ST series is almost here. While fandom seems divided by the footage that has been shown so far, I for one am embracing a new direction for the franchise.

  1. Gifted- I’m always weary of network TV series, but I’m certainly intrigued by this new X-Men universe show.

  1. The Orville- This could be a one note show or it could be a fresh and fun space opera from the mind of Seth MacFarlane. Time will tell.

  1. Flash Season 4- Of course I’m on board for more of the best CW comic book show (so far).

  1. Mindhunter- A new 70’s set David Fincher Netflix series? Yes, please.

  1. The Runaways- One of my all-time favorite comic book series is being adapted into a new Hulu series. Please don’t screw this up.

  1. Alias Grace- Sarah Gadon + Anna Paquin + Maragret Atwood + Sarah Polley= Giving this a watch.

  1. Doctor Who- As has been the tradition since 2005, this Christmas will see a new “Doctor Who” Christmas special titled “Twice Upon A Time.” This one, however, will be quite the event as it will be the Twelfth Doctor’s final episode.
