Super Bowl Champions: The 2024 Philadelphia Eagles Blu-ray Review

For E-A-G-L-E-S fans.
“Super Bowl Champions: The 2024 Philadelphia Eagles” is a documentary film about the NFL team’s historic 2024-2025 season. With narration by actor Leslie Odom, Jr., the 86 minute film breaks down the 17 game season (the highs and the lows), the game changing signing of Saquon Barkley, breakout Rookie Cooper DeJean, Nick Sirianni’s coaching tenure, Jalen Hurts career, the playoff run, and, of course, the Super Bowl victory and the subsequent parade.
Eagles will not be repeating as champions in the 2025-2026 season, but fans can relive the glorious previous season with this new documentary. Directed by Greg Firth and James Weiner, “Super Bowl Champions: The 2024 Philadelphia Eagles” is a breezy sports doc that may feel a bit rushed and truncated, but it covers everything you really need to know about the season. From Barkley’s iconic backwards hurdle to the surprising and dominant win against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, you get to see how the season unfolded from pre-season to the Parade.
In typical documentary fashion, viewers can expect to see player interviews, footage and audio of the team on and off the field, and gorgeous professionally shot video of the games. Could the documentary have gone longer? Sure, but it’s at least succinctly done and works as a sort of souvenir for Eagles fans who will always cherish the season.
Video/Audio:
